It is often said that a business is only as good as its people.  Many organisations have already recognised the benefits of employing a diverse group of people and are seeing improvements in performance and productivity.  A more diverse workforce, with individuals from different racial and cultural backgrounds, ages, genders, faiths, sexual orientations and disabilities provide create ideas for improving your products and services.  It can also help you to tap into new markets and access new customers and suppliers.

This event is open to 100 delegates and is free to attend.  We are particularly interested in targeting SME businesses; therefore, we would appreciate if you could forward this invite to your extended network.

To register your place, contact the Chamber Events Team on 0113 247000 or email ‘Employer Coalition Diversity Event’ to events@yourchamber.org.uk .  Places will be awarded on a first served basis.
