Free 'Shift Line' Manager's Guide to Supporting People with Mental Health Issues in the Workplace

The Shift Line Managers' Resource is a practical guide to managing and supporting people who are experiencing stress, distress and mental health problems in the workplace.

It supports organisations in that it offers practical advice on recruiting, retaining and supporting people with mental health problems thereby promoting the mental health and well-being of staff and reducing discrimination.

Shift produced this resource in partnership with the Department of Health, Department for Work and Pensions, Health and Safety Executive, Health Work Wellbeing and the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development. The resource has been evaluated twice and is very much in demand.
