Employer Coalition Homeworking Seminar (July 2008)

This seminar was facilitated by Trevor Higgins, Regional Partnership Director for BT and Chair of CREC's Flexible Working Group. Exemplars in flexible working, BT currently has 60,000 homeworkers (out of a workforce of 104,400) working effectively within the organisation.

A homeworking perspective was given by CREC member, Viv Duke of Flexsworks UK. Viv takled about her own experiences and the positive impact that homeworking has on her employees, such as an increase in motivation, responsibility and trust.
