CREC Contact Centre Group

Welcome to the City Region Employer Coalition Contact Centre Group.

The overall aim of the group is to encompass aspects of contact centre recruitment and retention, focusing on support for disabled people, lone parents and people from an ethnic minority community within Leeds City Region to get, stay and advance in work and increase the skills of people working in the sector.

Our hope is that all our group's members will take the time to add accounts of their own sector-related activity to this online portal, for the benefits of others. You can do this by clicking 'create content' in the top left menu, then selecting 'group information', choosing CREC Contact Centre Group as your audience on the subsequent page. Your post will appear in the news feed below.

Our administrator Sam will keep your group up-to-date by adding details of events, case studies, factsheets, research and information that is helpful to members, but please feel free to add your own.
