Attracting and retaining a flexible workforce. This two hour long online workshop was an introduction for leaders and managers who were interested investigating, or intending to introduce, the option of remote or home working for workers in response to economic or practical drivers.

It was a management focused programme around attracting and retaining a flexible workforce with specific emphasis on remote working. It gave an overview of web-tools supporting remote working, enabling businesses large and small to enable staff to work more flexibly from home and on the move, at little cost.
